Cancellation, No-Show & Studio Policy • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. • Same-day cancellations will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. • No-shows (not showing up and not notifying me) will be charged 50% of the service price. • Clients who no-show may be required to pay a deposit for future appointments. • After three (3) no-shows, clients may be unable to rebook. Late Arrival Policy • A grace period of 8 minutes is allowed. • After 8 minutes with no notice, the appointment may be considered a cancellation or no-show. • Depending on the service, the appointment may be shortened to accommodate the schedule. Studio Policy / Information • No extra guests are allowed. Please arrive alone to your appointment unless otherwise approved. • Street parking only is available. Please arrive early and allow yourself time to find parking, as this does not extend your appointment time. By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies.
